CREATE USER {{username}} IDENTIFIED BY "{{password}}";
GRANT CONNECT TO {{username}};

Revoke: DROP USER {{username}} CASCADE;

The connector talks to Oracle with a pure-Go driver. No Instant Client, no special build tag. Port default is 1521. Service name is the Easy Connect service (FREEPDB1 on Oracle Free).
